Whenever I see the scene where Boromir teaches Pippin and Merry sword fighting and they tackle him, it just proves his big brother aura and I imagine the scene as Boromir teaching Faramir.
Howard Shore’s score for the Lord of the Rings is probably the greatest piece of music I will ever hear. Just listening to the soundtrack is a unique emotional experience that perfectly captures Tolkien’s image of Middle Earth and I don’t think he gets enough credit for this.
I like the score too but I hate when Pandora plays it on my Baroque station.
